Good people, good party …
… good night.
I went to WordCamp Miami in Coconut Grove on Sunday to mingle with some heady tech-types and figure out what to do next with my blog and to see how it incorporates with some of the current social-networking trends. I took this shot on my way there in the morning …
Ash > DJ – Then on Monday I tried to entertain the folks over at the Playwright with something other than the Jukebox shite - Always difficult to make everyone happy, but surprisingly most folk had fun!. Terry kept the Guinness flowing nicely and I tried to keep the music complaints to a minimum.
We had Jack Ross, an Author from Dunfermline, Scotland, in town doing some research for his next book. I had some extra tix Saturday night (thanx Tony) for the B-52’s, so I took Jack and local Glaswegian Stu to the show, then we went to the Deuce to end the evening. Good times all around.
Then, on Tuesday, I roadied for the Spam Allstars, who played a corporate gig (Cisco) at the Fontainbleau … under a full moon. Another perfect night.
