So Mountain (”Mississippi Queen”, “Nantucket Sleighride”) played last night (with Joe Satriani), at the Fillmore Miami Beach at The Jackie Gleason Theater, it was a perfect night all around – 71 degrees and Mountain rocked! I must mention that Stu Hamm (Satriani – Bass) once again stunned everyone, he played a little Led Zep solo number that had everyone in awe. I saw the G3 tour back in ‘97 (Joe Satriani, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Steve Vai and Robert Fripp), and he was brilliant at that show too.

I stumbled on this message last night on Collins Ave. (and Lincoln Road) taped outside of CVS.
*For the record: Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton adopted Maria Burton in 1964 (born August 1, 1961). Plus, Sen. John Warner was married to actress Elizabeth Taylor on December 4, 1976. They divorced on November 7, 1982. His Daughter is named Virginia Warner and he had her (with heiress, Catherine Conover Mellon) before he married Taylor.
Crazy message or an informed tip?
For those not paying attention at the Post Office this year – On September 8, 2008, in Washington, DC, the Postal Service issued a 42-cent, Latin Jazz commemorative stamp.
