Dad (Carl Swanson) and I went on a little journey across Florida in mid March. It began in Dania, just a half-hour north of Miami, and took us round-trip to the west coast (Gulf of Mexico sounds more exotic) – Fort Myers/Sarasota/Port Charlotte area. We had a picnic in the everglades on the way out, and right behind us (on the other side of the fence) was a big ol’ gator … and that was just the beginning.

So every year they have this Winter Music Conference 2008 (everybody in the “club/dj” music scene and “live” acts) in Miami Beach. There’s also a “big event” downtown called Ultra. It’s a lot of fun, parties everywhere, lots of cool folk and sometimes some good FREE stuff (swag)! (Vinyl, CD’s, stickers, shirts, drinks, etc.) These a just a few image so far … enjoy:
